The Arab of the Future: A Childhood in the Middle East, 1978-1984: A Graphic Memoir by Riad Sattouf

Did not finish book. Stopped at 70%.
I was invested in the family's story & interested in the political history when they were living in France and Lybia. When they moved to Syria, the vocabulary used and Riad's father's actions became too offensive/upsetting to ignore. I lost interest because of this.
