Discworld does Phantom of the Opera - but with a Witches twist. I think Agnes/Perdita is a great replacement for Magrat. A bit more self assured, and yet still naive and unsure of herself (ya know, depending on whose in charge, as it were.)

I was enjoying this so much I had to watch Phantom of the Opera on a day off. :)
