Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy
5.0
wow this book.... it definitely felt like a journey (one that I enjoyed though)
It felt like I had my own little window into the Russian Aristocracy, and I LOVED it. I love these types of books that follow multiple people over a span of time, showing Insights into their daily lives and struggles.
I definitely felt very connected to some characters, but not all. I personally didn’t feel a great deal towards Anna which I was shocked at, I found her to be kind of annoying and at times quite cruel. I adored Levin and Kitty, and they definitely made the book for me.
