Outbreak by Robin Cook
4.0

If you are looking for a medical thriller novel with not-so-complicated jargons, then this will be the book for you. Absolutely fast-paced novel which narrates the story of Dr Marissa Blumenthal unravelling the hidden conspiracies behind the Ebola outbreak in the U.S. Cook's writing style reminds of Dan Brown, but both are entirely different genres. Honestly, I wasn't happy with the abrupt ending of this novel. Even then, the build-up to the climax with action scenes and a bunch of criminals chasing Blumenthal will push us out of our chairs.
