My favorite character will always be Manon. I have put off reading this book because this series is long and sometimes I feel like I need life support. But this book really had some great scenes in it. I think the battle at the sea was probably one of the most beautifully written scenes that I have read in a fantasy series for a long time. Way to leave it on a really big cliffhanger
