I haven’t seen any fiction books that depict an outside perspective of realizing someone is gay so that was very interesting and I feel it was done well. I relate to a lot of what Hiroki was thinking/doing so that was cool to see, and I just love how supportive and great his mom is, she’s just the sweetest and she just loves her son. Overall this was just a very cute book.
