It's Gay, It Slaps, and is the embodiment of a romance anime.
Savanna Ganucheau's two-page (typically 2 tw0-page spreads) perfectly captures moments that don't need words to be understood. Everyone was a masterpiece in storytelling in its own right.
Paired with how amazing Keven Panetta depicts the struggle of meeting other's expectations and the conflict of knowing those aren't for you, but also not knowing what you should be doing instead.
This is a delightful and beautiful coming-of-age story, and I can't recommend it enough.
