This is now my second favourite Austen novel after pride and prejudice. Catherine is such a lovable heroine - considerate, naive, sweet, and a books-lover. Her ability to see the good in everyone and do the right thing is quite adorable. Henry reads like a hero that could be from the past decade instead of being from centuries ago. He's humourous, kind, teasing, but considerate. He's also a pretty fun brother. Eleanor is my favourite - she's such a sweetheart!
Catherine's obvious love and regard for Henry and the consequential conversations form it are such a fun to read. "If Mr. Thorpe would only have stopped, I would have jumped our and run after you." Aaaah catherine is so cute! I adore this couple and this story.
