This has been my third favorite of the short story series so far (read 5). The characters were well written for a short story and their problems felt realistic, at least at the beginning. The twist was kind of predictable, but that’s okay. I appreciated the clear ending and resolution, but wish we would’ve gotten to know more about Mindy.
