Disappearing Earth by Julia Phillips

Did not finish book. Stopped at 60%.

Listening as an audiobook. I keep hoping for stronger connections between the characters/updates on the sisters who disappeared, but they're too vague for me. I do like the vignettes and the emphasis on indigenous vs. white women, for the Russian authorities is powerful and parallels the US systems.
