Home Improvement: Undead Edition by Charlaine Harris

3.0

As of 2/19/12 I've only read two stories in this anthology so far but I will update/add/change certain parts of the review as I read more of the stories.

Update 2/20/17: Moving this to the 'read' shelf. I will definitely read the Patricia Briggs story at some point (it's Patricia Briggs of course I'm going to read it) but it might not be for a while and this has been on my 'currently reading' for 5 years. So moving it off this section.

If I Had a Hammer by Charlaine Harris: 3 stars. This is the second Sookie Stackhouse story I've read, I read another short one about 8 years ago, and I can't say I would pick up a full length novel of this series. All of the characters were ok, the ghost story was ok but there was nothing here that would make me want to read more with these characters.

Wizard Home Security by Victor Gischler: 2 stars. This was all right but it wasn't my cup of tea. I did like the ending though, I thought it was cool. I wasn't a fan of how the wizards were discribed to look like, which were kind of like Merlin from The Sword and the Stone cartoon. I guess I'm more into wizards who look fairly normal on the outside.
