I really wanted to love this book. Football player (in the closet) - physician (out and proud). Lots of potential.
My issues: jock was extremely immature, naive, and a bit of a homophobe. The doctor was naive and did things that were uncharacteristic of someone who was out and proud.
The narrator - he was mostly good however the voice he used for the physician was more effeminate than it needed to be.
