Mine For A Moment by Catharina Maura
5.0

This book absolutely wrecked me in the best way possible. Serenity Adesina is trying to get over the man she’s always been in love with, only to find herself tangled in an unexpected relationship with Archer. This was a rollercoaster of emotions, and I couldn’t get enough of it. When Serenity decides to lose her virginity to Archer Harrison, her older brother’s billionaire best friend—and her boss—it was meant to be a no-strings-attached deal but quickly becomes so much more, and I was all in.

Serenity and Archer had that perfect kind of tension that kept me hooked, desperate to see how their connection would evolve. They’re both deeply complex, each carrying their own vulnerabilities, and I loved how their emotions unfolded in such raw, real ways. Archer, with his aloofness and undeniable magnetism, was the perfect contrast to Serenity’s fiery yet cautious heart. Together, they were explosive in the best way.

But man, this story hit me hard. I laughed, I cried, I even pulled my hair out at times (seriously, the angst!). But every tear was worth it. The way Cat built their relationship, layer by layer, kept me glued to the pages, even when I could feel the heartbreak creeping in. That twist of fate? It had me sobbing, but it also made their journey feel all the more powerful.

I can’t get enough of these two. Mine for a Moment is an emotional rollercoaster that left me wanting more—more of Serenity and Archer, more of their deep connection, and more of their unforgettable love story. Cat, once again, delivered a book I couldn’t put down. If you’re looking for a romance that will make you feel everything—this is it.
