i love a book that travels, that sets you inside the body of another person and encourages you to think and feel and breathe as they would. the humanity held within this collection felt so powerful that i had to take my time with this collection, particularly after the story based in hiroshima. thanks to my work colleague for recommending this (always trust a librarian’s book rec).
