The Kind Worth Killing
by Peter Swanson
This a fire thriller novel, I at first thought it was a standalone book but the ending made me double-check. It leaves you very much on a cliffhanger. They had a lot of good twists and stopping points that kept me on the edge of my seat. My only complaint with this book was the haphazard attempt at covering how much time Lily has to plot and scheme. I appreciate the attempt to explain it but it felt kind of like a copout. Overall, I already requested the second book and I'm looking forward to continuing the new plot line created through the second half of the book. 4.7/5
