A solid read but very much a “middle book”, so little was actually happening compared to the first book that it was a bit of a slog to get through. There was also a lot of info dumping but it was so vague that I was decently confused throughout the book, and I didn’t know if that was intentional or me forgetting information LOL.

HOWEVER I’ve got a feeling the last book is gonna slap so I’m looking forward to jumping right into it!
