This book is extremely effective in convincing an audience that Daisy Jones and The Six is a real tale, that happened. I had to look it up because at the beginning I was like "I've never heard of these people, but I'm honestly so convinced" even though it says NOVEL on the front and Taylor Jenkins Reid is a fiction author. I thought it was like heavily inspired at LEAST.

Honest, there's not alot to say about this book other than it was great. The characters are great. Very flawed and speaks in a way that makes you appreciate the writing even more, having finished. The themes were implemented so well, and when the plot drove, it felt so realistic. It was realistic in a way that I was genuinely annoyed with alot of these characters for a lot of the book.

Honestly, I'm not sure what's stopping this book from getting a 5. I had a few gripes with this book (nothing that would stop me in any other circumstance). The pacing could have used a little work, I think. The middle of this book (mostly the Aurora section) dragged on a bit, and so much shit happened in the last 20 pages (obviously). Comparatively, it was so hard to grasp onto anything legitimate. That may be a preference thing, but it was abrupt.

Normally, books with a cast as large as this one are pretty difficult to follow, not this one (although I'm still confused ab Pete and what he did, but eh.) But overall, it was a great book, and I will be watching the show and recommending it to people.
