I like short stories.
I like Jodi Picoult.
I like Jodi Picoult's short stories and novellas... in addition to her novels.
The Kindle in Motion concept was interesting (once read on my iPad, not an eReader) albeit unnecessary but the entire story was a waste of the ten minutes it took me to read it.
I have no idea if Hope is insane, the pool thing was a metaphor or wtf is going on with how it abruptly ended. A story so short should not be so confusing. I can't be arsed with that shit, even in a novella. Just give me a fucking story, Jodi ffs.
I'm so irritated that I don't even feel like being generous and giving an extra star because as a general rule I do love Picoult's prose.
