Clouds by Aristophanes

4.0

On the one hand, it's an obvious hit job on Socrates. On the other hand, it's the funniest thing I've read in a while. On the other other hand, that's because Aristophanes appears to have the sense of humor of a modern 12 y.o. boy. On the other other other hand, the contrast between that and the fact that this play is a classic makes it even better. Highly recommended for reading in one sitting frantically checking between two different translations to see if they're really saying that.
