Thank you, Susan Cain for this book!

I could relate so hard, it was ridiculous! Okay, okay. Here's my review:

The book was great. I love when authors include copious amounts of research and data but balance it with good anecdotes so I'm not bored to tears and that's what Cain does in this book.

I learned about America's transition from a culture of character to a culture of personality and how that affects us today. She also discussed several other topics including: the definition of introversion, the physiology of temperament, introversion in relationships, and many other topics.

Best of all, she wrote about other introverts! Famous introverts, introverts masquerading as extroverts to be successful, AND introverts who tapped into their "Quiet Power" and thrived in different ways.

If you or someone you love identifies as an introvert or HSP (highly sensitive person), I'd definitely recommend reading this book.
