I CAN'T BELIEVE IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO READ THIS!! I absolutely freaking LOVED this book! We love Mack in this house. No Mack slander allowed. I loved the premise of this! I really enjoyed the book inside of a book thing. It's like two books in one but for the price of one :D. Gavin Scott is one of my top tier book boyfriends, and I will NOT change that statement for anyone. He honestly had some of the best character development I've seen in a long time, and that's saying something. I think Liv is an absolute bitch. I'm sorry, but she is. I love Thea. Thea's absolutely amazing. Don't get me started on Ava and Amelia! THEY WERE SO FLIPPING CUTE! 🥺 There's one quote from Courting the Countess that stood out to me a lot. “But it still wasn’t enough. Love isn’t enough.” It hurt reading it, but it stood out a lot. I honestly used to think this (three months ago), but I don't think that way anymore. I will gladly say that I wish this book had been a little longer. I would've liked an extended epilogue. I also enjoyed how you saw Gavin and Thea's relationship basically start from scratch. I really enjoyed that. Overall, I give this 5/5 stars, and I'll probably read this again at some point!
