This was just too damn long.
Any conflict that arose was weak and everything would get resolved quickly so the length of the novel became very apparent after a few of these instances.
Other than that, the characters are sweet if not a bit shallow but all in all, if this book was just like 2/3 of its length I would have probably gotten along better with it.
