Breach of Peace by Daniel B. Greene

2.0

I subscribe to Daniel on YouTube, and wanted to support him by buying his novella. Obviously it's a debut which for the majority of hopeful authors will turn out to be a miss, and unfortunately, this was one of them. I found the plot summary intriguing enough, but the execution of the story was not good. The characters felt one-dimensional and not really worth my time investing in. The writing was amateurish and full of tropes, which is odd because if anyone should know better to avoid those, it's Daniel.

Overall I think Breach of Peace is a neat concept, but the final product just really wasn't worth my time.
