Look for Me by Moonlight by Mary Downing Hahn

3.0

I read this book as a teenager and really liked it. I came across it more than a decade later and decided to see if it lived up to my teenage hype. But honestly I can't answer that question.

I remember it being spooky and thrilling and easy to relate to the main character when I was younger. I wanted to know more about Vincent and the ghosts. Now as an adult I picked up on a few things that I missed the first time and became a bit squeamish at certain points (without spoiling too much, Vincent likes them young). Like, I feel really dumb to have been so intrigued by this guy, he's a total creeper.

While I will probably never read this book again it was nice to take another look at my gateway drug into vampire literature.
