Losers: Part II

🖤 Best read I’ve had in ages – hands down.🖤
This picks up right where Part 1 ends, and honestly, you can’t read one without the other. I debated combining my thoughts into one review, but that would be a disservice to both books—they each deserve their own spotlight.
This installment picks up right where the first leaves off and continues to deliver. It hit just as hard as the first. Somehow, it wrecked me and healed me at the same time. Is that even possible? Because that’s exactly what it did. The emotion, the filth, the heartbreak, the beauty, the raw vulnerability. I am still reeling. Harley Laroux’s writing is spellbinding. The way she balances trauma, healing, kink, and group dynamics? Masterful.
This is the most powerful smut I've ever read. And no, that's not an exaggeration.
I’m talking beautifully written, gorgeously depraved, emotionally loaded, fully consensual filth.
And it’s so much more than spice.
Harley Laroux has officially cemented herself at the top of my author list. The way she weaves words into something filthy, raw, and yet so deeply emotional is a talent I can’t get over. If I could give this duet 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Actually… who says I can’t?
⚠️ Note: If you’re new to MM or not sure how you feel about it, just know this book leans heavily into MM dynamics and does not hold back. If that’s not your vibe yet, maybe shelf this for a bit. But if you love MM and bi/poly stories? This duet is a must-read. The intimacy and connection in these scenes aren’t just spice—they’re beautifully written, filthy perfection.
If you saw my review for The Dare, you already know I accidentally read this duet first. Now I’m off to devour The Dare immediately because I need everything Harley Laroux has ever written.
