unfortunately this did not hit as much as i wanted it to😔
the beginning led to a good set up, but as the story progressed i lost interest. my main issue was the characters— i just couldn’t connect to them and didn’t really care about them
the characters also seemed to act younger than they actually are (21 year olds acting like they’re 17/18)
i also don’t know how much i enjoyed the journey aspect of the book (which was the whole thing basically)
i won’t be continuing the series but i’m not mad i read it
