ೃ — My first five-star read this year! The story follows Lily who's come a long way from the small town in Maine where she grew up—she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. So when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle, everything in Lily's life seems almost too good to be true.

First of all, this book really deserves the hype. The whole story was a rollercoaster of emotions—I was happy, sad, nervous, mad, and frustrated the whole time I was reading it. The plot was beyond amazing and the characters were lovable, especially Allysa—Lily's bestfriend and Ryle's sister—she definitely made the story a lot better. I would also not deny the fact that I was down bad for Ryle at first, and a part of me also felt sad for him. But halfway through the book, his actions made me scream out of anger. Lastly, I adored Atlas and his love for Lily. He's definitely one of my favorite calm and soft book boyfriend.

I know a lot of people hate how toxic the story was, but for me, it was realistic and it was somehow an eye-opener for those who came from a toxic/abusive relationship. I also know for sure that it was hard for Colleen Hoover to write a book based on a real-life situation, but she did a great job. I don't care what other people say, since we do have different taste when it comes to books. So I will gladly recommend this book to all drama-romance readers out there. This book is really worth your time.
