Trey is the oldest Prentice brother and this is his story. Trey has retired from baseball and returned to the quiet life of his hometown, Sweet Ridge Texas. He has had enough of the famous lifestyle and wanted to leave while he was on a high and not when he got too injured to play. His goal it to work on his relationship with his brothers and fall back into place with his family. Both of his younger brothers have found love and he want to be there for them, even if love is not in the cards for him. What he didn't expect was the pull he has to Maggie, the school librarian. Maggie is know as Miss Christmas because she decorates the store windows on Main St. When Trey decorates the front window of his bookstore the competition is on. What happens when dueling turns to flirting and it doesn't make him want to run away? Can Maggie risk her heart for a man who's heart belongs to baseball? Great read.
