No Rest for the Wicked by Katherine Garbera
3.0
I wanted so desperately to love this book. Sebastian and Celeste have both faced devastating tragedies in their life but they reacted very differently in the aftermath. Somehow, will these two lost souls bring each other into the light?
This is a very quick read and I found the beginning of the book quite enjoyable. However, where this book lost some of it's WOW was in how quickly it was finished. One of my pet peeves is a well written beginning and a rushed ending as if it was an after thought; unfortunately this book fit that bill. At one part in the story, Celeste was in tears and devastated and literally the next paragraph everything was all better. This book couldn't have really been a winner if the ending of this book at been extended and not felt so rushed. With all of that said, it was still a decent story to read on a relaxing day.
*I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion*
