I got sucked in. It was disturbing, but so good.
I loved the short chapters and the blunt delivery. That style worked really well for this story, in my opinion. This is the kind of book you won't want to put down. It is creepy, brutally honest, suspenseful and dark...did I mention disturbing?
I absolutely loved the audio book narrator (Marian Ireland). Her delivery was perfect. She had me in a trance while I was listening. I love that.
I recommend this book for those who do NOT have trigger warnings- there are a lot for this book, so you might want to check them out before reading.
