Lucifer's Daughter by Eve Langlais
5.0
She's Done It Again
Eve Langlais, being the awesome author that she is, has dished up yet another fabulous read that had me cracking up from start to finish. At one point I was a bit worried this wouldn't end on a good note, but was very happy to see that it did. Even while it left unanswered questions that hopefully I'll get a bit closer to having answers for in the next book.
I never thought that I'd actually be rooting for someone like Muriel and her father, but when you have someone who seems to be even worse than the Devil himself after you, it's kinda hard not to. Add to the fact that she's super quirky, a bit of rebel yet fiercely loyal to those she loves, and I found myself liking her in spite of her parentage and not minding if she and were friends.
It's definitely safe to say that the other books in this series will be in my possession within the next five minutes. I HAVE to find out what happens next! :D
