I cannot say enough good things about this book. The way that mental health struggles and the intrusiveness of negative thoughts are illustrated is just so powerful. I related so much to this story and hope that young, neurodivergent readers can find comfort in seeing that they're not alone. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is or knows someone neurodivergent. Please also be sure to read the author's notes at the end, they are very enlightening and provide wonderful resources as well.
