It's OK That You're Not OK: Meeting Grief and Loss in a Culture That Doesn't Understand by Megan Devine

4.0

Listened to Hoopla, read by the author. A friend of mine was dealing with grief and said he liked this book, so I added it my list. I'm not the target audience for this, as I'm not in a stage of grief right now in my life, but I have in the past. I kind of think the book is a little long for someone who might not have the energy to read/listen in a grieving state. All of it seems true, though. But not stuff I haven't already read in many blogs and posts online. Maybe it's nice to have it all in one place?
