Really really liked this. The writing just felt easy, like you could lean into it. I think it’s best to go into a book like this with no expectations. Don’t get me wrong - parts still read like you’re being talked to by a guy at a party, two beers in, who really wants you to know that he read Nietzsche- but it was good. Huge trigger warning though because it very much is a product of its time with incredibly dated language and ideas at times.
