I have been following Jim Kwik from 2017. His story of going from a brain-damaged insecure child to a leader in brain training is very inspiring. His podcast is also great, especially his mnemonics, which help to remember what we learn.
I'm learning how to learn, so I picked up this book. The book excited me a lot with motivation in the first few chapters. The methods part of the book felt kind of incomplete. I expected better explanations and more techniques. But I guess Jim leaves that for his coaching.
I leave three stars as I think Jim could have done better
