While I think I liked Mile High slightly better (I love a man with daddy issues, sue me), I really enjoyed The Right Move! There was a bit of insta-love, which isn’t my favorite, but I still really liked Indy and Ryan together. I appreciate how Tomforde gets into heavier topics, in this case infidelity (off screen) and infertility, without it being trauma porn. It adds depth to the characters but still keeps the book an overall fun read. My main gripe is how long it is. It could get a bit repetitive at times and is just a bit too long for a contemporary romance at over 500 pages. That said, I’m still looking forward to the third (and hopefully fourth bc Rio needs his own hook) installments in the series.
