I liked this! Not as much as the first. I struggle with the miscommunication trope and all the feelings there just not telling each other. I wish this was a tad shorter, I started to get bored of the repetitive talk of the same feelings but not doing anything about it. If not shorter, I wished we saw more of Beckett and Evelyn together, just hanging out. The story was very sweet and simple! I love the cats and the duck and the side characters.
