It should come as no surprise that another Sarah J Maas book is a 5 star read. This woman keeps blessing us with these magnificent books and I am all here for it.
Just like majority of the people I was not the biggest fan of Nesta. She was an asshole and just a terrible person. But this book changed everything. We knew she went through trauma but it went so deep that it made her push everyone away. She blamed herself for things that happened in the war. She hated her life and didn't want anyone to get close to her. And it was so beautiful to see her journey throughout this book. I never thought I would say this but I love her. I found myself relating to her in some sense. I felt the pain she went through and made me understand why she was acting like an asshole before. Don't get me wrong she can still be an asshole if you get on her bad side. I just love her.
Where do I even begin with Cassian. He is my baby and no harm should come to him or the inner circle boys. My love for him only grew throughout the book. I love him thats all.
It was so good to see the familiar characters of the Inner Circle. It felt like I was reunited with my family I will never get enough of them. I love them all so much.
This book has it all. From romance to friendship to fights and soooooooo much smut. Seriously sooooooooo much smut but hey I'm not complaining.
Anyways, I loved this book so much an can't wait to see what Sarah has planned for us in the next one. I bet she's going to kill one of my fav off and send me in sob city.
