Freydis Moon is must read author for me. Anything they publish is an automatic “gimme, gimme, gimme!” I absolutely ADORE Peter and Ethan. They’re so in love with each other it’s heartbreaking. Ethan’s struggles with himself and the consequences of his magic made me want to sob and Moon wrote everything so beautifully, of course. Nico is such an ill-mannered grump but he’s soft for them and I love it. Definitely a bit of a slow burn, but I enjoyed myself all the same
