The Girl Who Takes an Eye for an Eye
by David Lagercrantz
I definitely enjoyed reading this, I only tuned out a little with the action sequences at the end, but while it is great, I feel it's missing something. There wasn't a feeling of significant purpose. Characters were researching, people were learning things, but it lacked the danger of the previous entries. That's not necessarily a bad thing, I personally dislike action sequences and fight scenes, but without that this felt a little meandering and purposeless. Not only that but the characters didn't shine as strongly in this entry as they have I'm the past. That being said, I read it eagerly and didn't want to put it down. It's a great series and I've enjoyed everything I've read in it.
