The Face by Dean Koontz

4.0

Koontz did a good job in the first half of this book of confusing the heck out of the reader. I think he did a great job of sketching the characters of Fric and Hazzard Yancy. I especially enjoyed the juvenile, yet precocious, 10 year old Fric. The plot was interesting, though once the guardian angel angle was revealed, it lost most of its suspense for me. I did like the otherworldly twist at the end because I wasn't expecting it, though it was kinda weird.
