This book was better for me than the first in the series, I liked both, but this was better. Violet was less whiney to me in this one. There were some amazing parts that I could not put the book down for, and there were some that seemed to drag on at times. 

Being that it’s a fantasy world, I got a little bit confused when they talked about the different places, and there was a lot to follow. 

Overall it was a really good book!

But the ENDING OMG. how am I gonna wait till the next book comes out?!
