2.0

This book is very similar to fan fiction, it is written very heavy-handedly and every sentence is over-romanticized. The plot jumps around a lot and the passage of time is very inconsistent. The few women in the novel are shown in a very peculiar light. Just because it's LGBTQ+ doesn't mean it's good. If you are a fourteen year-old straight girl who fetishizes gay men and really loves Percy Jackson, this book is for you.
If you actually enjoy good gay media, are an adult, enjoy good writing, like female characters, have read the Illiad, or have not read the Illiad, I would not recommend this book.
