Rereading *The Stardust Thief* on audio was pure magic. Chelsea Abdullah’s storytelling is already rich and immersive on the page, but the audiobook brought the world of the Sandsea to life in a whole new way. The narration was phenomenal — each character had distinct personality and tone, and the atmospheric sound design added depth to the folklore-inspired world.
Loulie, Mazen, and Aisha felt even more vibrant this time around, and I caught details I missed during my first read. The pacing worked beautifully in audio format, and the mythical tales woven throughout felt like ancient stories being passed down by a master storyteller.
If you're considering a reread — or even a first read — I highly recommend the audiobook. It’s an enchanting experience that completely pulls you in.
