This was Chik Lit, but it was a mystery, so I read it. This was actually a fun read on a day I needed easy reading and cheering up. Occasionally sarcastic, reasonably witty and lots of areas of foolishness. Still, I enjoyed it despite the fact that I'm not a fan of shopping.

A local guy gets murdered soon after our main character returns to her hometown after a divorce. Her mentally ill mom is a suspect but clearly not the only one to have a serious gripe with the man.

This was a low cost offering for the Nook. I liked it enough that I bought the follow up book, Antiques Mall.
