I received this book as a gift and I’m glad I did. This felt like a return to form for James Patterson after I had read The President Is Missing. Yes it is far-fetched but it’s a great read. Alex Cross doesn’t play a big part in this book and it’s down to John Sampson to save the day. Well paced, funny at times, bewildering and shocking. Looking forward to the next one later in the year.
