Dude, this book was fantastic. I was skeptical because the first one was awful but the second one turned out way better and this was almost perfect. I loved the slow paced romance and Sybill’s character arch. I genuinely cried a few times, and it had such a satisfying conclusion to the whole mystery surrounding Seth that i was so happy and sad at the same time that it was over. (Alright, i still have Seth’s book, but i’m kind of scared of that one).
Out of all the books in the trilogy, this one has the best romance because of how it’s built. The others are too rushed (the ending of this one is, too, but not that much) and this was just great. The pacing was great, the emotions were great, the tension was amazing. I completely enjoyed this one and devoured it in a couple of hours.
Definitely worth reading the others, even if they’re average, for this one.
