Democracy at Work: A Cure for Capitalism
by Richard D. Wolff
I've seen a lot of Richard Wolff online, to the point that I became skeptical of my alignment with his beliefs. Frankly, he seemed a bit too good to be true. Having read just one of his books, while I don't agree with exactly everything, I can say he lays out a really rock solid foundation for a practical worker's movement, and he has ignited my imagination towards practical steps that I can take in my career to see changes in our system. In particular, I'm really excited by the idea of a WSDE (Worker Self-Directed Enterprise) as a step further than trade unions but one that can still be taken now (with some effort).
Great book, 4 stars means I'd recommend it.
