Story started off too slow for my liking and I contemplated DNF'ing the book. But it did pick up drastically towards the end. And I liked the turn it took. Because it was also a little predictable. Would I read part 2? Yes. Could it have all been 1 book? YES! because this book was way too short for it to be broken up into sequels. I wish y'all would stop with the cheap money grabs and just put out 1 full book.
