I loved this book. The author creates a story that addresses a wide range of topics; the effects of parental abandonment, parental boundaries, how our pasts do or do not define us, how poor mental health does or does not define us to name a few.
At the heart is Meg and as she struggles with her mental health and emotional baggage you can’t help becoming protective of her. And as she tries to decide whether she can finally chose herself you can’t help but root for her.
